STUDENT’S SUCCESS AS ONE OF THE MEASURES OF LEARNING EFFICIENCY

The article considers the requirements to professional competence of the modern specialist and prerequisites to the formation of a successful personality. We presume that one of central factors that determine the rise in efficiency of social production and living standards is every person’s success in activity. Obtaining success in teacher’s activity depends on professionalism, competence and research culture based on the framework which is established during the study in high school. A modern education specialist must have diverse knowledge, skills and personal qualities among which research skills and abilities are of great importance. In the development of students’ activity success interactive learning plays a large part. Interactive learning includes the process and the result of such training and education activity that introduces newest changes to the existing culture and social environment. Taking into account all of positive aspects appropriate for traditional learning, interactive learning takes it to a new level of using pedagogical innovations.
