Abstract
The article suggests new approaches to developing segmentation analysis systems for processing of electronic natural language texts when performing the tasks of spelling control and correction, synthesis and generation of texts to speech and information retrieval. The principles, models, algorithms and software-programmable modules of the system are designed.
