Analysis of the World Experience of Forming of the Approach to Strategic Diagnostics of the Enterprise

Advantages and disadvantages in approaches to strategical enterprise diagnostics existing in internatioanal practice were analysed. Technique of rating mine evaluation was validated on the basis of complex analysis of technical-economical characteristics of its functioning which is distinguished from the existing approaches by the range of factors that have significant influence on the general level of technical-economical characteristics of enterprise functioning and by the ability to take into consideration complex integral evaluation of financial enterprise condition in rating evaluation. Recomendations concerning improvement of strategic enterprise diagnostics approaches under Ukrainian conditions are considered.
