Abstract
The article deals with the urgency of searching for a balance between personnel categories at an enterprise under the current conditions of business development. The purpose of the study is the development of an approach to assessing economic feasibility of outsourcing level at an enterprise, which allows to choose the optimum alternative of personnel structure keeping in mind a minimum amount of expenses. In the article the necessity of maintaining permanent regular staff under uncertainty of operation of an enterprise is noted, the classification of personnel by permanent and casual labour staff is developed, the personnel cost calculation method based on this classification is suggested, and the principle of economic feasibility of using outsourcing at an enterprise to minimize the level of personnel expenses is recommended.
