Abstract

This article discusses the development and the importance of the telecommunications sector. Also the reasons for investing in this sphere are presented. The basic criteria and methods by which one can evaluate the effectiveness of the investment project are determined. The main factors that influence an investor's decision to invest in the project are formulated and presented.
