Abstract
In this article, transnational companies (TNCs) are considered as actors of the international political arena rather than participants in the economic sphere. A more active incorporation of TNCs into world politics meets the needs of globalization. The process of globalization has been irrevocably launched and only TNCs, as major agents of globalization and the direct participants of international relations, have such resources of transnational power as inclusiveness and mobility. And it gives us the right to suggest that TNCs have become an essential part of international political relations.
