Abstract
The given article presents the case of successful treatment of peritonitis in a patient with 5 stage chronic kidney disease along with the massive immunosupression after successful heterotopical kidney transplantation. The patient received the renal replacement therapy by continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis before the operation. The case demonstrates successful combination of massive antibiotic therapy and extracorporeal blood purification without using immunosupression.
