ANTI-CORRUPTION ACTIVITIES OF THE COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION

This article describes the development and implementation of anti-corruption programs, which play an increasing role in the activities of Russian companies. This article describes the anti-corruption legislation of Russia, as well as steps taken by the Russian companies for the development of adequate systems to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
