Abstract
Using the methods of X-ray fluorescence (XRF), differential thermal (DTA) and electron-microscopic analysis, the conditions for obtaining copper thiogermanate (I) (Cu2GeS3 and Cu8GeS6 ) in a medium of dimethylformamide by the interaction of copper chloride (I) with germanium sulfide (IV) are investigated. It is found that at pH=3?4,5 and molar ratios of the starting components CuCl:GeS2=4:3 and CuClGeS2 =8:3, respectively, the Cu2GeS3 and Cu8GeS6 compounds are obtained. At 423 K the nanoparticles are formed and their size varies depending on the temperature and time of heat treatment.
