THEORETICAL BACKGROUND TO THE CLASSIFICATION OF FACTORS DETERMINING THE EMPLOYMENT STATUS OF THE DISABLED

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the analysis and systematization of factors influencing the employment of disabled persons. The revealed factors include physiological and socioeconomic factors that take into account sex, age, education and profession of a disabled person. It has been found that organizational and technical factors along with socioeconomic factors are principal barriers to the efficient employment of the disabled in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The output of the study therefore includes the classification of factors influencing the employment of disabled persons and directions to support employment of the disabled.
