Abstract
In this article the sufficient optimality conditions for optimal control problems with linear semibounded control are given. These tasks admit the natural extension connected with transition to generalized, discontinuous
trajectories and impulse control. For such class of problems, the application possibilities of the sufficient optimality conditions based on use of solution set of quasivariational inequality are analyzed. The efficiency of the offered approach is shown on research of the Vidal-Wolf application model of company advertising strategy optimization.
