IMPROVING SPEED AND ACCURACY OF MOTOR REACTION OF CLAY SHOOTERS

The article is devoted to improving the speed and accuracy of motor response at shooters in shooting. The problem is the object of an in-depth education and training of motor reaction in our country. This paper indicates the new exercises, which are being implemented in Uzbekistan to train clay shooters, thereby improving their athletic performance to participate at international competitions, popularization of the sport and promoting of healthy lifestyle in this country.
