In the face of internal financing gap foreign direct investment is the resource that can provide strong support in technical reequipment of industrial production, maintenance of sustainable economic growth, expansion of export and import substitution industries, improvement of enterprise efficiency which leads to the development of affected areas, and enhancement of social protection of citizens. Therefore, attraction and effective use of FDI in Ukrainian economy is top-of-the-agenda today more than ever.
