MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN CAPITAL ASSETS AT INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES AS INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT FACTOR

In this article the analysis of management methods of human capital assets for the purpose of development prospects identification of the industrial enterprises is given. Influence of government policy in the management of the human capital assets on the results of enterprises’ innovative development is considered. Data of statistical researches in the field of innovative development and management of the human capital assets are considered. The suggestions for improvement of the state policy stimulating processes of human capital assets management of the industrial enterprises are given.
