Abstract
At the present, Thailand faced problems of environmental pollution. Because population increase more quickly and The economic growth and society. There were organization which are environmental mission. However, it appears that the environmental problems were not solve. And other, it caused from people rack awareness to environmental conservation. Especially in the course of teaching and learning in secondary school, there was not environmental activities into the curriculum. So, the researcher had made on the Development of environmental leaders training activities in secondary school in NamPhong district, Khonkean province. The purposes of This research were ; to study the current situation and environmental problems in the area of NamPhong district, Khonkean province, to develop of environmental leaders training activities in secondary school in Nampong district, Khonkean province and to study and compare knowledge, attitude, and skill of environmental conservation leadership before and after the training of the students in the secondary school, NamPhong district, Khon Kaen province. The sample were 50 students from Dong Man Phittayakom school. The tools used in research, including environmental leader training manual, knowledge test, attitudes test, and environmental leader. The statistical analysis included percentage, mean, standard division and the Paired t-test at significant level.05. The result showed that the students participated environmental training had mean score of knowledge, attitude and environmental leader skills after the training more than after the training at statistical significant level.05, indicate that the training process can create knowledge, attitude, and good leadership skills in environmental conservation.
