A Development of Classroom Research Promotion Model for Teachers of Mahamakut Buddhist University

Abstract
The purpose of the study was a model of promoting the research in the classroom of teachers in Mahamakut Buddhist University. There was four steps to Second step, a study of the current conditions and the need to promote research in the classroom of teachers in Mahamakut Buddhist University. Third step, developing a model of promoting the research in the classroom of teachers in Mahamakut Buddhist University. And fourth step, assessment a model of promotingthe research in the classroom of teachers in Mahamakut Buddhist University. The research sample included 1) documents, textbooks, and research works concerned for a total of 90 ,purposively selected, 2) executives and personnel of Mahamakut Buddhist University, totaling 175, obtained by determining the sample size according to Krejcie and Morgan formula,as well as simple random sampling through drawing a lot< and 3) 19 experts on the research in the classroom, selected by means of snowball technique. Data collection was made through analysis from of the documents, questionnaires, and evaluations. The data were then analyzed by means of basic statistics consisting of frequency, mean standard deviation, arithmetic meridian, and quartile. Based upon the finding of the study it was conducted that: the pattern of promoting the research in the classroom of the Mahamakut Buddhist University consisted of four procedures,15 mains activities,and 25 sub-activities as the following. The first step dealt with preparation consisting of four main activies,and six sub-actities ; the second step dealt with studying the state/situation consisting of four main activities and eight sub-activities; the third step dealt with implementation consisting of three main activities,and five sub-activities; and the fourth step dealt with evaluation consisting of four main activities,and six sub-activities.
