Abstract

This reseach aims to study the demand for teachers development, to create a strategy for development of teacher effectiveness and to trial strategic development of teacher. There are 3 phases. Phase 1 study general information for teachers development. The documentary study and survey study were employed. Phase 2 create strategic development of teacher, study and synthetic strategy for the development of teachers. From schools case study based on interviews. And the draft strategic development of teachers. Using SWOT Analysis techniques. And strategic assessment. Phase 3 trial strategic development of teachers effectiveness. The trial strategy development for teachers. Aspects that are needed urgently. In school under Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization. The instrument used for data collection were questionnaires, interviews, strategies assessment, the satisfaction rating and evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy. Statistical analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that 1.
