Abstract
Educational management of daycare nursery administration center in sub-district administrative organization, Chaiyaphum province. The aim of the research 1) to study the current situation and problems of daycare nursery administration center in sub-district administrative organization, Chaiyaphum province 2) to study the process management daycare nursery administration center in sub-district administrative organization, Chaiyaphum province . The scope of educational management of daycare nursery administration center in sub-district administrative organization, Chaiyaphum Province were sample of 97 centers 1) the minister of education and academic education total of 194 people 2) a group of administrators child development centers, teachers who acted in the year 2556 total of 194 people. The goal of the interview educator, the committee and director of daycare nursery administration, teachers working in early childhood education child development center with excellent practices consisted 6 centers total of 6 people and the focus groups discussion by qualified persons 9 persons were used in this study is a questionnaire with a rating scale, structured interview, group discussion. The statistics used percentage average, standard deviation. The results were as follows: Present situation found daycare nursery administration center in sub-district administrative organization, Chaiyaphum province compliance was high and the high level in all aspects. The problems found educational management of daycare nursery administration center in sub-district administrative organization, Chaiyaphum province was the low level. Guidelines for the educational management of daycare nursery administration center in sub-district administrative organization, Chaiyaphum province specific and item with mean and deviation suitability and feasibility were at high level. Educational management of daycare nursery administration center in sub-district administrative organization, Chaiyaphum province is supported by the district administration and the department of local administration continues.
