Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the levels of administrator behaviors in creating learning organization, organizational climate, teacher characteristics and teachers’ knowledge management in schools under the Office of Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area 1. 2) to study relationships between administrator behaviors in creating learning organization, organizational climate, teacher characteristics and teachers’ knowledge management and 3) to construction the prediction equations relationships between administrator behaviors in creating learning organization, organizational climate, teacher characteristics and teachers’ knowledge management. The sample consisted of 328 teachers under the Office of Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area 1. They were acquired by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire on the relations of administrator behaviors in creating learning organization, organizational climate, teacher characteristics and teachers’ knowledge management. The research tools consisted of ranking questionnaires and five-level rating scale questionnaires, with discrimination ranging from 0.27 to 0.76 and reliability of 0.98. The statistics used included percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
