A study of competency of e-learning system administrator in public higher education institutions. Consists of 77 competencies. 1. The knowledge of learning management system (LMS) areas consist of 23 competencies 1) knowledge of management system 6 competencies. 2) Knowledge of information management 5 competencies. 3) Knowledge of Content management system 4 competencies. 4) Knowledge of Management, measurement and evaluation 8 competencies. 2. The knowledge of computers and networks areas consist of 9 competencies. 3. The knowledge of the communication areas consist of 4 competencies. 4. The skills for learning management systems (LMS) areas consist of 23 competencies 1) skills of management system 6 competencies. 2) skills of information management 5 competencies. 3) skills of Content management system 4 competencies. 4) skills of Management, measurement and evaluation 8 competencies. 5.
