The Student Affairs Administration and Sport Development Factor to Support Sports Excellence Characteristic of Sports School in Thailand

The purposes of this research are 1) to study the situation of student affairs administration and sport development factor to support sports excellence characteristic of sports school in Thailand, 2) to study relation between of the student affairs administration, sport development factor and sports excellence characteristic, 3) to analyze the elements of the student affairs administration, sport development factor and sports excellence characteristic, and 4) to study factor that affect to sports excellence characteristic of sports school in Thailand. The sample of Including administrator, teacher of 11 sports schools that belong to the Institute of Physical Education total 257 people. This research is survey. The statistics used in the analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), Factor Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis
