ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION AND MEDICAL SUPPORT OF PATIENTS WITH PERMANENT PACEMAKERS

Abstract
The review is devoted to clinical problems of arterial hypertension (AH) in patients with implanted pacemakers (EKS) and cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT). Indications for pacemaker implantation and CRT are considered, especially the purpose and effectiveness of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor antagonists (ARA, sartans), beta-blockers (BAB), diuretics, calcium channel blockers. We prove that the CRT and cardiac pacing and do not cancel, bur modify drug therapy of AH.
