INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF THE ORGANIZATIONS OF FREE ECONOMIC ZONES

Free economic zones (FEZ) enable organizations involved in innovative activities to implement the national interests of the participating countries, using the resources of domestic and foreign investors and creating an enabling mechanism of state regulation, providing incentives, guarantees and others. The main reasons for the low efficiency of the FEZ are: wrong choice of the territory of their placement; lack of training "platform" - a weak initial investment push, absent or unprofessional preliminary examination; inadequate quality of production and social infrastructure in the region; non-systemic administration of tax incentives; poorly organized mechanism of functioning of FEZ; Issue firms resident uncompetitive products. Solving a number of problems contributes to the design approach to create an innovative product. It can be built to work with the staff in collectives, where necessary not only innovative products, but also the original results. The article discusses the various factors influencing the innovative activity of FEZ organizations.
