Professional self-determination - is the process of formation of the personality of its relationship to the professional field of employment and the method of self-realization achieved by aligning intrapersonal, social and professional needs. Changes in the professional sphere in modern conditions boil down to increasing human freedom, if necessary, independent choice of profession. Professional self-determination of the individual occupies the whole period of professional activity, acting as a process of becoming a subject of professional activity. It is not confined solely to the act of choosing a profession, acting as a substantial process of personality development.
