Abstract
Applied Simulation in medicine make it possible to carry out the training and accreditation of doctors and medical teams without causing any harm to the patient. So in this article, the concept of using simulators 3 and 4 levels of realism in terms of the initial accreditation of medical specialists. It demonstrates the importance of feedback at the level of the exam, as well as the educational process.
