Abstract
Speaking is labeled as oral production and is one of the skills that students are to learn in their language development. There are three kinds of speaking: interactive partially interactive, non-interactive. The author things of five important goals of development languages skills First goal is to enable the learners to use the English language fluently in its spoken as well as written form. Second goal is to enable the learners to use the language confidently. Third goal is to equip the learners with communicative and strategic competence so that they use the language appropriately. Fourth goal is to enable the learners to use the language accurately. Fifth goal is to develop linguistic creativity among the learners.
