Abstract
The goal of the presented work is programming the design process of chambers of IC for various design and simulation purposes. This paper proposes a control solution to deal with the dynamics in designing. This results in a control flowchart of dynamic design process, in which the design phase transfers from one state to another by state transfer functions. The quality of the product is measured by measurement functions and the process is monitored with the expected state variables (evaluation criteria). The transfer functions achieved by three mechanisms: induction, gene transcription and commitment. The measurement functions involve various analyses. The proposed dynamic framework can be used for various design and simulation purposes.
