Abstract
The article is devoted to the complicated evolution problems of self-management using the theory of state and rights, stages of maturity. The modern aspects of self-management in terms of organization theory are analyzed . On the base of a strategy and the theory of self-management in terms of the assumptions made about the relationship of self-management of innovative activity and increase the efficiency of the organization.
