Abstract
Analyzed the current program of reforming the coal industry, defective program found inconsistencies in the set goals, the features of investment projects of restructuring of coal mining enterprises, the approach to the formation of public-private consortium in restructuring of coal mining enterprises, the model of restructuring state enterprise "Lvovuhillya" and SE "Volynvuhillya".
