Resources of personal and social development of the Ukrainian society in the light of public opinion (regional specificity)

In the article the dynamics and regional features of personal resources and social development of Ukraine's population are discussed on the basis of the concept of civicizm. The data of nation wide sociological research of ISPP NAPS Ukraine are analized. The directions of realization of the civil activity of the population, the features of the civil active person, the preconditions necessary for real citizen engagement in the development and implementation of public policy are identified.
