Decentralization in Ukraine: trends and aspects

The article presents an analysis of the theoretical and methodological approaches to the decentralization of power in Ukraine in the context of administrative reform under the condition of sustainable development, characterized by local governments as a decentralized form of government, a comparative analysis of the system of public authorities in the field, offers recommendations of local government reform in Ukraine. The article discusses the step by step implementation of the local government reform in Ukraine in the context of sustainable development. Offered an effective model of the decentralization of power, where the local authorities, as well as central government bodies should conduct control and financial activities in the region. Also proposed to the definition of the most Decentralization in the author's performance.
