Defining the impact ofdifferent kinds and forms of employment, and unemployment, on the situation in national labor market

The article is devoted to research of the impact of different kinds and forms of employment, and unemployment, on the situation in national labor market. It is shown that employment, by the forms of protection, is divided into protection of employed people, protection of labor functions, and protection in labor market. Main directions to overcome unemployment are: widening the scope of application of labor, the system of life-long learning and creation of motivation for unemployed people to find new jobs, and so on.
