Determining role of the law of equilibrium in the development of nature and society: socio-economicaspect

The article deals with the experience of social and labor relations in Ukraine during the transition period to socio-regulated market production and completes a series of works of the author on the problems of labor and social relations. The essence and the role of the laws of nature and society, the general law of equilibrium; determining the economic law of the relevant economic formation stage and level of development of the productive forces; the basic economic law of society of socially regulated market economy; economic law of wages have been revealed. The structure of the motivational mechanism to stimulate the efficiency of labor and business, quantitative assessment methodology measures the expression of social relations and the balance of social and economic interests of the business and hired labor reserves of possible increase in average wages has been developed.
