Abstract
Multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma (MCRCC) is a rare variant of renal cell carcinoma which has excellent prognosis.We reported a case of MCRCC in a 33years old male presented with abdominal pain and vomiting. Histopathological examination and immunohistochemistry (IHC) confirms the diagnosis.
