E-LEARNING THROUGH DIGITAL : BROAD PERSPECTIVE

There are varied search engines on the internet but it is hard to locate and concentrate only materials pertinent to the specific assignment. Learning with existing web based resources has become popular and imperative. Especially, there are diverse learning resources with the same learning topic designed by different authors. The main aim through this paper is to help learners select some instructive hypermedia based learning resources according to their learning context from the web. Digital Libraries could healthier afford such services on the web. Our approach is to provide a digital library for web based learning called e-learning library, which includes learning resource repository, local indexing and navigation, modules of e-learning libraries which promotes learning with diverse learning resources involving a certain topic can be functionalized.
