Abstract
Purpose. Analysis of the results of scientific research indicates that so far there is no single point of view regarding the permissible norms of human exposure when using systems with gas infrared emitters (GIE), the methods of calculation does not take into account their spectral characteristics, designed to approximate the definition of the power of these systems and not make it possible to optimize the placement of the GIE, taking into account effects on the human body. In this regard, it is appropriate to perform not only the study of the influence of the characteristics of the parameters of the microclimate in industrial premises, irradiation and heat transfer rights, but also the development of a computer program to support decision making in the management of occupational safety and health (OSH) in the design and implementation of systems with the GIE. Methodoligy. The algorithm simulation developed computer program, which consists of a sequence of steps leading to the decision of tasks: evaluation of possible adverse effects on the human operator's workplace systems GIE due to violation of regulations; rational distribution of the GIE for normalized parameters of microclimate and thermal radiation of the human operator; obtaining distribution of temperature fields in the radiant heating, depending on the construction and planning features. It is based on the idea of using block diagrams of a causal relationship in the development of the layout of GIE in the production area, taking into account the thermal radiation of the human operator. Findings. A computer program consists of three parts - the simulation of the production facilities, changing accommodation GIE and output solutions as well as its modeling algorithm of sequential steps that lead to the solution of problems, including determining the angular radiation coefficients for the purpose of rational distribution of GIE for normalized parameters of microclimate and thermal exposure of the human operator; field distribution of the heat flow in the horizontal and vertical cross section of the room, depending on the construction and planning features; thermal energy saving when using the GIE for jobs. Oridginality. Improved information-analytical component of OSH enterprise using the developed software to support decision-making when designing and implementing GIE systems in production facilities taking into account the fields of thermal radiation jobs, which ensures compliance with the requirements of regulations on occupational safety and energy savings. Practical value. The developed software facilitates, as a component of intelligent decision support systems, design layout GIE and allows to better calculate the parameters of the microclimate of industrial premises in the process of designing heating. This results in reduced fuel consumption and heat increases the safety of life through the creation of standardized parameters of microclimate in industrial premises during the cold season and reduces the environmental burden on the environment.
