HARDWORKING IN THE SYSTEM OF CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PRIMARY PUPILS

Abstract
The Ukrainian people have entered a new era in its history. Together with the prospects of free development of the Ukrainian state, has opened wide opportunities for education, science, culture that requires radical restructuring of the process of upbringing of the younger generation. In the new conditions of humanization of education in Ukraine is particularly important issues of labor education of the younger generation, able to work in modern social conditions. Analyzing the pedagogical and psychological literature [1; 4; 6], dissertation research, we can conclude that the problem of educating the young generation is socially significant, but it is insufficiently studied, most teachers do not possess sound scientific information on child-rearing labour. There is an actual problem of improvement of the education of the conscious attitude of students to labour with regard to the requirements of modern society. The formation of the child's high figure of citizenship cannot be detached and work-related education. "The feeling of respect to labor, wrote to V. A. Sukhomlinsky, ? connects the child by spiritual filaments responsibilities with others ? first with family, then with all honest compatriots. Out of respect to labour, with the idea that labour is the Creator of happiness, is born the state duty, without which it is inconceivable to imagine the basic moral culture of man, his responsibility for its future" [4, p. 483]. The objective of this publication believe that: enhancing the experience of students on the role of work in life, real prospects in the conditions of market economy; preparation for self-determination, choice, adequate real life, its potential, the way to life; education of psychological readiness to work (a positive install to work; ability to adapt to new working conditions, communication in a team); creative attitude to work. Helping the child to feel the significance of even the slightest pieces of her work, to see the usefulness of the result of its hard efforts, we will certainly achieve the desired educational effect.
