Abstract

The Success of any software system can be measured by the degree to which it meets the purpose of the customers or stake holders. Therefore, requirements engineering plays a vital role in the successful completion of any project. This paper mainly focuses on BEE-HIVE model and BeeHive tool based requirement process model. The BEE-HIVE tool is used to classify a set of keywords into one of the six domains of Background Research in the BEE-HIVE Model. The classification of keywords in the BEE-HIVE tool is done using Elastic Search which is an open source Lucene based search server. Elastic Search owing to its simple and efficient query interface serves, as an ideal accompaniment to the BEE-HIVE tool.
