Abstract

The article deals with the historiography of becoming a professional music teacher The theoretical and methodological foundations of professional music teacher in the system of continuous education are examined. Personality development in all spheres of life is seen through the prism of socio-humanitarian knowledge, including its philosophical, psychological, vocational and educational and artistic fields. According to modern philosophical priorities the professional arts music teacher development of higher school is focused on rethinking traditional values of pedagogy and music, as well as ways of their transformation into educational practice as art of creative man, means of an independent person finding the finest sources of spiritual self-education, beauty and sensuality of worldview. It is noted that in the national artistic field the origins of the idea of professional individuality development are determined by historical traditions of functioning musical teaching profession, formed due to the peculiarities of civilization processes based on geographic, ethnic, ideological, economic and other factors that is led to the domination of qualifying fragmentation, ideological orientation, target completion of musician-teacher professionalization and it is actualized demand on fundamentalization of theoretical and methodological foundations of the problem of coherent professional development of the music teacher in modern national system of continuous pedagogical education.
