Abstract

The purpose of the study, in today's conditions the problems of teachers in rural areas , according to the opinions of teachers to identify and analyze solutions to this problem is to bring . The study population, the fall semester of 2013-2014 academic year, located in the province of Sirnak Cizre District 187 teachers working in rural primary and secondary forms. The sample of the study consists of 129 teachers. Research is descriptive. Research data, 5-point Likert -type scale developed by the researchers, which consists of five sections and 52 items '' Rural Teachers' Problems Questionnaire was collected by ''. Data analysis performed in SPSS and data analysis center for the tested measures of dispersion and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used. In the statistical analysis, the significance level ( p <0.05) were considered . As a result, the highest level of problems in the physical problems , occupational problems , respectively, after parents and students about the problems, personal problems and problems of the lowest levels were found to be in the managerial problems.
