Abstract

Mobbing status the most significant problem that effects not only people who are exposed to it and people who perform it but also every individual of the society directly or indirectly in the world and our country. This survey analyzes the level of the acts of mobbing suffered by the teachers as well as their characteristics and perpetrators. This survey was conducted by interviewing a total of 200 teachers by primary schools in center, districts and villages of Elazığ.To collect data prepared in two open-ended questions to obtain their opinion. In the analysis of the data obtained, the content analysis methods used in the analysis of qualitative research has been applied and grouping according to similarity of expression made and themes were developed. According to results obtained from the teachers' opinions at the end of the study; many of teachers stated that they suffered mobbing. Mostly, the audit and ignored were stated that the reason for mobbing. The person who showed response mobbing that use legal rights and ignored and the others use to be silent and ignored.
