Abstract
The main trends and formulated the most important task of establishing a new scientific discipline "Innovation Ecology". Used quantitative methods for assessing the impact on the application of intensive methods of use of productive resources, including natural resources on the effectiveness of economic processes. Investigated the financial and economic methods and mechanisms, which are widely used in the system of state and municipal regulation of environmental innovation processes.
