Abstract
Tendencies and modern structural and dynamic changes in the formation of investment environment in the construction of key investment areas of the construction sector of Ukraine, foreign experience in regulating investment processes in the construction industry were reviewed.The basic elements of strategy and models to improve the investment potential of the construction sector, methodical approach to implementing public-private partnership in investment activity in the construction sector and to develop programs of investment support of construction sector of the country (region) were developed.
