Analysis of Influence of External and Internal Factors on Strategy of Small and Middle Enterprises

The analysis of existing approaches to the impact of external and internal factors of strategies in small and medium businesses was carried out in this article. A long-term, consistent, constructive, rational, supported by an ideology, resistant to environmental conditions uncertainty plan, accompanied by constant analysis and monitored during its implementation was considered as a strategy. As a result the regularity of these factors influence on the strategy of small and medium businesses was formed and systematized in order to use them in national economy conditions of Ukraine. Submitted group of internal factors influence includes: organizational structure, staff, fixed assets, working capital, innovation and investment capacity of the enterprise, cost, and profit. The group of external factors includes: legislative government support, state tax policy, credit and financial policy, innovation and investment policy, informational security of the company, state cultural support of the enterprise. The main types of business strategies were considered. They are: evolutionary strategy, differentiation strategy, cost control strategy and the strategy of reduction. The influence of the factors on considered strategies was given. The scheme of interaction of internal and external factors with business strategies was developed.
