Abstract
An analysis of the current regulatory framework of the innovative development of the industry is made on the basis of public-private partnerships. Foreign experience in the implementation of innovative projects based on PPP is investigated and generalized. Proposals to improve the legal provision of innovative development of coal mines are on the basis of public-private partnerships.
