FACTORS OF FORMATION OF SOCIAL SENSITIVITY TO YOUTH CHOICE OF CAREER

The relevance of the study of this phenomenon is due to the necessity of complex analysis of mechanisms that influence the choice of a professional career. Moreover, there is insufficient knowledge of subjective perceptions of young people about the types of careers. The article deals with the problem of choosing a professional career, which occurs at a certain moment among all young people, the mechanisms of choosing a future professional career. What factors shape the youth social sensitivity to the choice of a professional career. An indi- vidual often faces with a choice on the way to overcome its needs. Everyone wants to mini- mize losses and to be as close as possible to the stated objectives, selecting the features intro- duced in the society.
