EFFECT OF COMPETENCE-INTEGRATIVE APPROACH IN INTER-ETHNIC CONFLICT IN AN ERA OF ELECTRONIC INFORMATION SOCIETY

In the era of modern electronic-information society the problem of stabilization of interethnic and inter-confessional relations are particularly relevant as the post-Soviet space, as well as all over the world. In this regard, the ethno-linguistic and socio-propedeutics plays a crucial role in stabilizing the dialogue situations in complex multi-ethnic regions; it is based on an integrative approach, learning languages and cultures, it ensures the implementation of the ethno-national security of countries and regions.
