PECULIARITIES OF SOURCE AND HISTORIOGRAPHICAL BASE ON THE HISTORY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE LOCAL OF CHERNIHIV REGION DURING 40’S ? 80’S 20 CENTURY

The author emphasizes on the importance of the study of micro- history for the formation of a sense of patriotism among young people. The article substantiates the problems highlighted in the historiography of the three groups of study : 1) the historical and local history researches in Ukraine; 2) works, that are focused on the local history of some regions of Ukraine; 3) works directly related to the development of local history in Chernihiv. The features of source base were analyzed. It was found that the source and historiographical range include almost all existing species of the written sources of the second half of the 20th century. The need for a critical approach to their analysis emphasizes.
