Abstract
Many issues of small business is caused by imperfection of the existing legislation, which ignores its features and limits its capabilities that is a serious obstacle in national economy development. In this article it is suggested to consider shortcomings of the existing legislation, to consider the new legislative initiatives in the context of specific economic conditions of business development.
