SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT AS A CONDITION OF ECONOMIC GROWTH

The article deals with the issues of social development as a real process, its tendencies, the principles of alternative organization of social and economic life, as with increasing per capita income, demand begins to shift from the simplest living benefits to the more complex and diverse types that are associated with physiological and spiritual perfection of the person. The fundamental principles of social policy, the key elements of the development of the regional economy are considered. Purpose and content of social policy as a special aspect of domestic policy is regulation of the whole complex of social processes and relations, forms of communication between people as concentrated expression of the needs, interests of people in the social sphere, as well as the conditions of their life, on the state regulation of the economy on the balance of interests of the “social” and “market”
